CPT-Lean is a lean manufacturing consultancy and training company. The company was founded by Mr Steven J Williams. CPT-Lean is based in Cardiff, South Wales, UK.
The Director of CPT-LEAN Steven J Williams has experience from working with American, British, German, and Japanese companies and gained training and experience in the world class tools and techniques each are famous for. He was trained in Japan in methods expressed today as the Toyota Production System (TPS). Now these methods are collectively known as ‘Lean’.
He has gained Business, Engineering and Production experience in both Multi National, Medium and Small companies.
This has given him a very broad mindset that is flexible, logical and adaptable to achieve results in companies, working with their people. In each project he has been involved with, significant results have been achieved working with the teams concerned that have benefited from his recommendations.
